Hachinohe goviroment is suffering population decline and they are trying to improve the child care service and job creation. The Hachinohe Enburi Festival
The "Hachinohe Enburi",one of a Ntional Important Intangible Fold Cultural Property, is a local dance performance expressing prayers for a good harvest. Enburi Festival is held during middle of Feburary to middle of March to pray good harvest for next year! During this festival, local school club group and local club group gather mainstreet and perform their dance. According to which blub they belong, the dance is a little bit different. Local TV station reports their dance!
